Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Systems Architect to support the deployment of Workday HR and Finance systems. This role focuses on integrating Workday with Oracle Identity Governance by installing, configuring, and validating IAM components. Key Responsibilities - Install and configure the Workday connector within Oracle Identity Governance environments, leveraging an existing model and integrating with systems such as Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Unified Directory, and Oracle HTTP Server. - Configure and test OIM 12c components, including WebLogic, IT Resources, Scheduled Tasks, Reconciliation, Provisioning, and Connector Servers (Windows and Linux). - Develop and execute SIT and UAT testing procedures to validate business rules, governance policies, and configurations; automation of tests is preferred. - Create and manage administrative roles and associated SOA composites. - Document all details of trusted target reconciliations, roles, associated rules, entitlements, provisioning attributes, and calculated attributes thoroughly. - Validate provisioning and trusted reconciliation attributes across all target systems and ensure they are correctly processed and reflected in user forms. - Create or modify BI Publisher reports as needed. - Perform governance activities manually when necessary, particularly regarding roles in OIM and provisioned accounts, roles, attributes, and groups in Workday, PeopleSoft, and LDAP. - Configure Oracle IAM components to utilize APIs effectively for various use cases. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Oracle Support, Networking, Systems, DBA, and Application teams — to identify and resolve issues promptly. - Debug internal and external integration issues, including those related to operating systems, load balancers, firewalls, and application servers. Required Skills and Qualifications - Oracle Identity & Access Management Suite (OIG + OAM 12cPS4). - Oracle Access Manager (SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA, custom plugins). - Oracle Identity Manager (provisioning, connectors, reconciliation). - Oracle Unified Directory / Oracle Internet Directory. - WebLogic configuration and performance tuning. - Java development for OIM (event handlers, schedulers, Graph API). - SOA workflows (custom provisioning/approval). - BI Publisher report development. - Debugging integrations (OS, firewalls, load balancers, app servers). - Experience with high-availability IAM environments.
