Role Overview We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Automation Engineer with a solid foundation in both manual and automated testing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive testing strategies across the development lifecycle. What you’ll do: Design, write, and maintain test cases and test scripts (manual and automated). Execute test plans and analyze results to ensure system functionality and performance. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and identify test scenarios. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and automation frameworks. Document defects and help troubleshoot issues during development and post-release phases. What we’re looking for: 2–4 years of experience in QA, with exposure to both manual and automated testing. Experience working with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Familiarity with REST APIs and tools like Postman or Swagger. Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail). Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality. Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Nice to have: Experience in the fintech or payments industry. Knowledge of CI/CD tools and integration of automated tests in pipelines. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Why Blankfactor?
