Provide governance and oversight ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed / delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Accountable for the execution of procurement activities locally, supporting our global teams. Ensures and supports the Global Procurement Team in the Global Business Services Campus(es) including but not limited to local operations, hiring, onboarding, training, budget planning & reconciliation, employee forecasting. Oversee the support of execution on sourcing initiatives for multi-functional stakeholder teams, ensuring effective strategy development, market assessments, RFP processes, and supplier management while enabling collaboration and innovation between stakeholders and suppliers. Post-secondary Degree Minimum 10 years of progressive sourcing/procurement experience Demonstrated expertise leading strategic supplier relationships at an executive level Technology procurement experience, including software Knowledge and experience with state-of-the-art procurement and analysis technologies B2 level of English because you will work hand in hand with our headquarters in Canada.
