Key Responsibilities - Guest Experience Management: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, collaborate with concierge team, ensure high hospitality standards. - Property Operations and Maintenance: Coordinate repairs and upgrades, conduct inspections, manage contractors. - Financial Oversight: Develop budgets, prepare reports, optimize revenue. - Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance, implement risk strategies, stay updated on industry trends. Qualifications - 5+ years in property or vendor management, preferably in vacation rentals or hospitality. - Proven guest relations and property operations experience. - Strong financial skills and proficiency in property management software. - Certifications like CPM or RPA are a plus. - Experience with Airbnb, VRBO, or similar platforms is highly desirable.
