This role collaborates with executives, division leaders, and the MS team to align strategies, create impactful content, optimize resources, and support sales with direction, pricing, and tools. Additionally, you will measure effectiveness, track ROI, set performance benchmarks, and foster Edunext’s community presence through strategic engagement. **Requirements**: - Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience leading and managing the entiresales cycle, including developing marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, sales strategies, and public relations. - Minimum of 2 years of prior experience with global campaigns in industries such as technology, software development, or the EdTech sector. - Minimum of 3 years of B2B experience. - Proficient in CRM tools and Google Analytics. - Experienced with work management tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. - Intermediate knowledge of WordPress. - English level: C1. **Desirable requirements**: - Marketing or international business master's degree. - Proficient in Google Analytics. - Working knowledge in internal auditing, process improvement and international business. **Main responsabilities**: 1. Develop and align marketing strategies with the sales objectives of commercial divisions to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. 2. Lead and oversee the development of high-quality content to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all communication channels. 3. Update and track tools and templates for commercial proposals, ensuring customer satisfaction and proper delivery to business divisions based on client type and service. 4. Design and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and branding initiatives to enhance edunext's market presence. 5. Analyze the department's needs and propose process improvements and solutions aligned with the allocated budget, including participation in key conferences and events. 6. Prepare budgets and strategies for significant events (e.g., the annual Open edX conference, AI shows) and present them to executives for approval. 7. Ensure the standardization, documentation, and ongoing updates of departmental processes. 8. Manage the Marketing Strategy team, fostering professional growth through training, one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, regular feedback, and talent management. 9.
