Job Title: Creative Manager, Post-Production The Creative Manager, Post-Production leads a team of graphic designers and video editors in creating compelling, on-brand content across various channels and platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring all deliverables are visually engaging, aligned with brand standards, and meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers and video editors, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence. - Collaborate with directors, producers, copywriters, and designers to develop and storyboard compelling video concepts that align with the brand's identity and creative strategy. - Oversee the creative process from development to execution, using Asana to manage timelines and workflows. - Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards for end-to-end creative execution across multiple projects. - Approve and provide clear, actionable feedback on design and video deliverables to maintain consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment. - Edit and craft polished video content from raw footage, focusing on storytelling for paid media campaigns and digital platforms. - Guide creative team members through structured feedback, promoting continuous improvement and upskilling. - Inspire and lead teams to push creative boundaries while producing high-impact content aligned with business goals and brand values. - Stay current with industry trends, recommending innovative tools, techniques, and formats to enhance creative output and team capabilities. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of experience in a creative environment, such as video, design, marketing, or media production preferred. - Previous leadership experience preferred. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and audiences. - Advanced proficiency in video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Media Encoder; working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator for asset integration. - Demonstrated ability to craft engaging video content, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across formats (social media, paid media, branded content). - Strong understanding of post-production workflows, including sound design, color correction, motion graphics, and optimizing video for different platforms and audiences. - Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment. Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Eastern Time.
