The Group Compliance team is responsible for conducting investigations related to workplace issues. We seek to add a dedicated resource to handle complex investigations involving EEO laws, civil and human rights, and policy violations such as discrimination, harassment, workplace bullying, and retaliation. Responsibilities: Lead or assist with employee and industrial relations investigations across our global locations, reporting findings and conclusions. Ensure investigations are thorough, fair, timely, and include root cause analysis and remedial recommendations. Assist the Director of Investigations as needed. Seek guidance from senior management and provide guidance to staff. Maintain accurate case records in the case management system. Analysis and Monitoring: Monitor investigation trends to identify systemic issues and propose solutions. Compliance Support: Assist with employee and industrial relations policies, risk assessments, and best practices. Requirements: Degree in law, human resources, or related field. Specialist training in investigations, including interviewing techniques, preferred. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of forensic and eDiscovery tools advantageous. Extensive knowledge of EEO, civil rights, harassment, bullying, and workplace investigations. Experience leading complex investigations and interviewing techniques. Understanding of Modern Slavery compliance. Excellent report writing skills, ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
