If you like a challenging environment where you’re working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there’s no better place - guaranteed! :) WHAT YOU WILL DO Overall Manage all phases of the Client proposal lifecycle, from technical calls, requirement gathering, team definitions, roles and responsibilities, proposal creation and presentation, budget and margins calculations. Ensure proposals and follow-ups are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management. Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency. Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure. Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team proactively. Client ownership Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the proposal lifecycle. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Manage client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. If a project is confirmed, have all processes documented for handover to Delivery Managers. Develop and manage project estimates and budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved. Monitor project financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability. Delivery management Lead proposal management, planning, execution, and final delivery. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Utilize project management methodologies and best practices for successful outcomes. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise. Monitor client satisfaction with AgileEngine services and team. Manage resources and financials. Handle expectations and escalations. Implement technical excellence and best practices. Ensure process discipline and resolve bottlenecks. MUST HAVES Minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management. Experience managing clients from inception to completion, including pre-sales activities. Strong financial knowledge, including budget management, negotiation, and financial reporting. Experience managing external clients. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional English language, communication, and leadership skills. NICE TO HAVES Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or related field. Experience working cross-functionally with developers, delivery managers, and account managers. Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes. Highly organized with good planning, prioritization, and attention to detail. Strong team orientation, partnership building, and stakeholder influence skills.
