REQUIREMENTS: Proficient in English (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills. Minimum of 1 year in a similar industry or role (e.g., live operations, customer service, or digital entertainment). Familiarity with industry-related procedures and operational practices. Comfortable using computers and familiar with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office). Previous experience in a supervisory or team management role is a plus.
