First Point Group is recruiting for a Head of Sales (fluent in English + Spanish/French) with proven success in winning new business in SaaS / Software Solutions with Tier 1 telecom operators / carriers in Europe and/or the Americas / LATAM region. The successful candidate will have experience related to telecom roaming technology & services. Our client is a global telecom service and solutions provider specializing in VOLTE / 4G / 5G telecom roaming services. Candidates without previous experience in winning business from major telecom network operators will not be considered. Responsibilities: - 75% hunting for new business - 15% sales leadership (leading 2 Sales Managers) - 10% farming of existing accounts Note: Sponsorship cannot be provided. Candidates must reside in Europe with valid rights to work. Job Description: This is an exciting opportunity for a Head of Sales to join an established provider of telecom SaaS services. You will lead the company's global sales strategy, driving growth through developing and executing sales plans to attract, convert, and retain high-value clients across multiple territories. You will lead a small, experienced sales team, setting standards for high performance, accurate forecasting, and consistent results. Your leadership will be key in driving profitability and executing the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement the global sales strategy aligned with company goals - Lead sales efforts across strategic accounts and support the sales team - Identify and convert new business opportunities using market insights and internal collaboration - Build strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and account maximization - Create and maintain territory and customer plans, forecasts, and reports - Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reviews - Lead go-to-market and marketing initiatives - Analyze market trends and competitor activities - Negotiate contracts and commercial terms - Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations Requirements: - Minimum 10 years of experience in telecom roaming, with a proven sales record - Strong knowledge of roaming services, data, financial clearing, and wholesale roaming lifecycle - Experience selling SaaS or managed telecom services - Leadership experience with consistent target achievement - Basic financial, pricing, and revenue planning knowledge - Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) - Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is mandatory #J-18808-Ljbffr
