Responsibilities: Take ownership of support requests, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and clients are satisfied. Respond to service desk requests promptly via phone, email, or web portal. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance system performance and reliability. Use RMM tools to remotely diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary. Prioritize and manage service requests to meet SLA requirements. Perform repairs, installations, and system upgrades. Administer servers and network infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls. Deploy and manage antivirus/EDR software, ensuring optimal security. Manage firewalls, switches, and other network infrastructure. Foster strong relationships with clients. Define and maintain the company’s technology stack and best practices. Stay current with the latest technologies and trends to provide cutting-edge solutions. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or 5+ years of equivalent experience. Expertise in desktop and server operating systems (Windows 10/11, Server 2016/2019/2022, Mac OS). MSP experience is mandatory. Certifications: CompTIA Network+/Security+ and Microsoft 365 (mandatory). Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Satisfactory background check required.
