Required Skills and Qualifications - Graduation in tourism or hospitality management. - Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end restaurants. - Knowledge of mise en place techniques for à la carte and banqueting services. - Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
