IT Equipment Procurement and Inventory Specialist We are seeking a dedicated IT Equipment Procurement and Inventory Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing IT equipment throughout its lifecycle, including sourcing, purchasing, receiving, deployment, repair, redeployment, and retirement, using a ticket system such as JIRA. Key responsibilities include: Account and maintain IT equipment records via ticketing systems. Handle daily procurement tasks: follow up with vendors, update tickets, ensure timely delivery, and verify product quality. Follow up on outstanding orders and communicate with suppliers regarding credits or missing items. Work within budget constraints to purchase goods and services. Monitor stock levels and manage inventory data. Assign equipment properly to employees. Qualifications: Previous experience in IT procurement is preferred. Proficiency in English (B2 level); Portuguese language skills are an advantage. Understanding of modern purchasing processes and systems. Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
