The organisation offers one-to-one support which includeswrap-around and integrated care, multi-disciplinary therapysupports and a formal lifelong learning pathway post-secondaryschool. Founded by parents of young people with PMLD, the charityprovides a unique and innovative programme that is trulytransforming lives. As the organisation looks to scale, Cali isseeking a CEO to oversee the growth of the charity across Ireland,establishing and embedding Cali as a Centre of Excellence in theyears ahead. Responsibilities: - Deliver and implement a new Calistrategy and plan to establish and expand the Cali model. - EnsureCali continues to deliver exceptional services in line with legaland regulatory requirements. - Source and secure longer-termfunding and accommodation for Cali services. - Engage with keyacademic partners to build an evidence-base that profiles Cali asan exemplar in this field.
