Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the Holistic Model of Hematology, generating demand and positioning products in their territory. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the Holistic Model of Hematology by generating demand and positioning products in their territory. - Achieve sales objectives for the Hematology line, guaranteeing coverage of HCPs and HTC's. - Identify business opportunities and grow the business. - Segment and target KOLs and HTCs. - Implement omnichannel strategies and digital tactics. Requirements: - Professional health degree or business administration degree. - 2 years of experience with pharmaceutical companies is desirable. - Understanding of Colombian healthcare system. - Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Experience with customer reporting programs (Viva) and CRM.
