Descripción de la empresa In this role reporting directly to the Project Management CoE Leader she/he will lead SA&I PM team from Colombia, meant to execute projects for SA&I areas. In this role, one of the functions is to continuously expand the team by taking ownership of all transitions and migrations of projects from markets into CoE, hence addressing in a structured manner the hubbing needs from these regions including consultancy, to optimize existing capacity and increase future opportunities without compromising quality. She/ he will also closely monitor the success key factors for these migrations by producing regular reports on established KPIs while closely communicating with Regional leads on current status. She/ he will review performance data that includes financial reports, sales, activities, and spreadsheets to monitor and measure team productivity, goal achievement, and global efficiency. In this role, she/ he coaches, mentors and develops staff, including overseeing hiring new employees and providing planning and career development guidance. Core Responsibilities Overseeing all PM migration plans from countries to Colombia CoE and providing transparency to regional stakeholders about each phase of the transition, to ensure business predictability and manage expectations properly in regard to service delivery. Drive and support PM CoEs overall transition with reports, KPIs for evidence-based decisions. Ensure that all elements of the projects are completed with quality and on time and budget. Collaborate seamlessly with other Customer Success teams. Liaise with regional finance, HR, Ops and other departments concerning the (cross-functional) initiatives driving integration. Ensure that any initiative delivers the required results within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope, risk and benefits. Participate in any escalation process with a constructive mindset and can-do attitude, and take all corrective actions if needed for continuous improvement. Make prioritization if needed, while keeping in mind clients’ needs and expectations. Plan and allocate resources to get an efficient staff to carry out the designated activities that will drive team productivity and achieve goals. Act as key change ambassador for Project Management CoE. Act as subject matter expert of CoE Efficiency and Performance. Personnel planning, collaboration with Talent Acquisition personnel for recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring a number of employees approved by CoE Leader. Set goals, provide guidance and plan performance development. Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards and disciplinary action, with the help of Human Resources BP, when needed. Enable proper governance on Project Management delivery standards and foster standardization across projects executed in CoE. Develop a solid working relationship with local project management to gain trust and deep understanding of their business needs, respond proactively to those needs and manage expectations, thus acting as ONE high performing team. Requirements Advanced English level (B2 or C1) is a requirement. +7 years of work experience in PM and Market Research. +3 years in similar roles (coordinating project managers).
