Responsibilities: The Investor Access Execution associate will be responsible for delivering a seamless client experience through outstanding coordination of investor access events and internal collaboration. Typical workflows will include, but not be limited to: - Manage logistics associated with investor access events such as, but not limited to: client targeting; non-deal roadshows; field trips; expert events; external speaker coordination/prep; collecting feedback; sourcing/negotiating with vendors; expense reporting and budgeting; event calendaring/scheduling; data entry and analysis; and other ad-hoc projects. - Conference management – support all aspects of planning and execution for flagship conferences, which includes but is not limited to: collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; agenda development; strategic invitation targeting; meeting allocations; on-site and virtual execution; post-event analysis. - Partner with Origination team, Sales and Research to ensure seamless flow of communication through the event planning process towards a successful outcome. - Collaborate with global investor access team counterparts to share knowledge, insights, and uphold best practices for a globally consistent client experience. Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have: - A bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and 3-5 years’ of professional experience, preferably in Corporate Access, Sales or a related role - Strong client service and interpersonal skills to develop relationships both inside and outside of the organization - Exceptional organizational, time management and problem-solving skills - Strong communication skills to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of seniority - Acute attention to detail - A positive, can-do attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure - A willingness to learn and grow - Commercial awareness to drive quality and efficiency - Competence in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint Show more Show less
