We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to be the behind-the-scenes hero of our marketing team! You’ll be managing digital assets, performing website and listing audits, and helping keep our online presence polished and up to date across 40+ properties. If you're detail-obsessed, process-driven, and tech-savvy — this role is for you! Not a designer? No problem! While photo/video editing is a plus, this role is more about organization, accuracy, and digital maintenance than creative design. Manage and organize a large Digital Asset Management (DAM) system — think of it as being the librarian of our entire marketing universe Tag, upload, and maintain brand assets (photos, videos, logos) across ~40 properties ️ Perform light editing of photos and videos to align with brand standards Continuously improve the taxonomy and structure of our digital library for easy navigation Audit listings on sites like Apartments.com, Zillow, Google Business Profile, and more — keep every detail accurate and fresh ️ Verify and update pricing, availability, amenities, policies, and more Call tracking numbers and send test emails to ensure smooth lead routing Make content updates across property websites (text, images, and details) Upload content to digital platforms and support the team with general admin tasks Run weekly audits to catch new unit listings and keep things aligned across platforms Keep Google Business Profiles fully optimized with current offers, images, and FAQs What you bring to the table: Requirements Experience in marketing, digital operations, or admin-related roles Comfortable with tools like: • WordPress or other CMS platforms Understanding of digital marketing sources, trends & best practices Super organized with a sharp eye for detail Excellent time management — you thrive on repetitive tasks and meeting deadlines Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills Birthday day off (yes, really!)
