**Job Overview** **Duties** - Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and employment labor laws. - Support performance management processes by tracking employee evaluations and feedback. - Help implement change management initiatives within the organization to enhance employee engagement. - Collaborate with HR team members on various projects related to human resources management. - Utilize HR software such as Dayforce for managing employee data and reporting. - Provide administrative support including preparing documents, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. **Qualifications** - Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and practices. - Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies and employment labor law compliance. - Understanding of OSHA regulations related to workplace safety. - Experience with performance management processes is preferred. - Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with employees at all levels. - Previous experience in human resources or a related field is a plus.
