We are searching the best talent for Project Manager to be in Lima, Peru Responsibilities: - Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off. Identifies efficiencies and cost savings within projects and including control of third party costs. Develop project financials, outlooks and track actual spend against budget. Manage recharges across projects. - Provides effective leadership to the project team, and takes appropriate action where team performance deviates from agreed tolerances. Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project, ensuring all projects adhere to robust risk management practices. - Management of Project Meetings including on time weekly project reporting - Management, communication and co-ordination for resolution of issues arising at part of the project. Track status and progress of the project, escalate blockages / issues as required to ensure corrective action is taken. - Ensuring the integration of other project objectives do not clash, damage or limit the scope of projects in the program - Management of Risk in relation to project. Perform regular project risk reviews, assigning actions and reporting on progress - Program compliance with HCC as related to project management - Supervise and ensure maintenance of relevant record of project documents. Business process analysis, improvement and testing - Determines business requirements and specifies effective business processes, setting up and improving practices, procedures, and organization change. - Prepares business case which defines potential benefits, options for achieving benefits through development of new or changed processes, and associated business risks. Designs and manages tests of new/updated processes. - Specifies test environment for whole life-cycle testing. - Vendor relationship management Leads contact with Procurement to develop contracts with vendors to meet key performance indicators and targets, set up selected vendors as J&J; suppliers. - Is responsible for the liaison between J&J; and designated supplier(s) key to the project. - Change management Contributes to the business readiness plan, taking into consideration capability development (training and engagement activities) and any business activities required to integrate new processes or jobs into the "business as usual" environment. - Stakeholder management Develops and manages one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups. Initiates communications between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact for project stakeholder groups. Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders. **Qualifications** - Degree level with strong academic record. - Good understanding of business processes (including commercial impact). - Very strong Project Management skills. - Knowledge of project accounting and finance and reporting practices. - Languages: Fluent Spanish and English required: spoken and written **Primary Location** Peru-Lima-Lima - **Other Locations** Latin America-Colombia-Distrito Capital de Bogotá-Bogotá **Organization** Johnson & Johnson del Peru S.A.
