The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunity to join our team as: Monitoring Analyst SoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín | On site (Hybrid Model) How a day to day would look like in this role: Notification of alerts and incidents to administrators. Attention to incidents and requirements of low level or complexity in the different platforms. Review of the status of the backups of the platforms to be managed. Report backup failures to platform administrators. Identify alerts and incidents that may be related to each other. Generate Customer Alert Notifications. Knowledge transfer. What we need to see from you Profile: Technician/Technologist or professional in Systems, Electronic, Software or related careers. With experience and knowledge with operation, monitoring and execution of basic procedures of On-premise platforms and Office365. Required skills: 24/7 monitoring of customer platforms and infrastructure. Execution of basic procedures in OpCon, ClearPath, and SINCO. Attention to low-complexity incidents and service requests. Backup monitoring and issue reporting. Event correlation and alert generation. Timely notification of incidents and failures. Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows servers, databases, and Office 365. First-level technical support (hardware, software, VPN, printers). Use of management tools and audit reporting.
