Now, we’re looking for a Senior Service Engineer to take our customer support and tech operations to the next level. Who You Are: You’re an experienced Electronic Engineer with a passion for automation, robotics, and hands-on problem solving . You’re just as comfortable working on-site as you are decoding complex technical manuals, and you thrive on delivering world-class service. Your Profile: Degree in Electronic Engineering (required) Advanced English (C1–C2) — you'll interact with international teams, attend global trainings, and manage technical documentation. Strong background in applied mechanics , especially related to robotics and automated systems. Skilled in interpreting technical manuals and programming logic for automated devices. Experience delivering high-level technical support with a customer-first mindset. Strong technical leadership — able to train junior technicians and elevate team knowledge.
