As an experienced Senior Product Manager , you will define the strategy and roadmap for a Kubernetes-based infrastructure platform, focusing on customer self-service automation, AI Agents, Linux workload support, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver world-class software systems at scale. Responsibilities Develop and drive the growth strategy and product roadmap. Promote the product to new customers across Microsoft. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify product requirements, including platform owners, engineering teams, and compliance auditors. Coordinate with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to develop new features and ensure business continuity. Manage the backlog and prioritize features to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Deliver an enterprise-grade platform across various clouds, following go-to-market strategies. Build partnerships with technical leaders across the company. Embodies our culture and values. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with Kubernetes or container technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years in product/service/project/program management or software development, or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels. Curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguous situations. Positive, collaborative attitude with a bias for action. Strong team culture contribution. Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and adaptability in fast-changing environments. Experience with software platforms and development processes.
