As a Global HR Shared Services Sr Specialist, you will oversee assigned tickets, ensure compliance with local regulations, and contribute directly to our business success. Job Description: The Global HR Shared Services Sr Specialist is responsible for supporting strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence within the HR Shared Services team. This role involves collaborating on digitization, process improvement, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to enhance efficiency and service delivery. The position also ensures compliance through regular audits and supports transaction resolution and employee lifecycle queries. Key Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate on projects aimed at enhancing GHRS processes through digitization, automation (RPA), and continuous improvement initiatives. 2. Process GHRS tickets, including pay rate changes, employee transfers, promotions, bulk data uploads, among others. 3. Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve service delivery metrics across the global HR shared services function. 4. Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and compliance with company and regulatory standards. 5. Act as an escalation point for complex GHRS tickets. Qualifications: 1. Bilingual Communication: Strong verbal and written skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders. 2. HR Shared Services Experience: Experience in HR Shared Services or similar processes, capable of handling complex transactional requests. 3. Analytical Precision: Attention to detail and critical thinking to ensure HR data accuracy and integrity. 4. Discretion & Integrity: Ability to handle confidential information professionally and ethically. 5. Technical Proficiency: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar platforms) and Excel for data management and analysis. 6. Problem Solving & Initiative: Ability to resolve issues independently and contribute to process improvements.
