Role Responsibilities: As a Product and Growth Marketing Manager, you will be: Understanding business vision and metrics to develop MKT Strategy, connecting the business ambition with the product and brand vision Defining brand territories to expand audiences and position strategically the product. Bringing and executing innovative marketing ideas Defining strategic plans and developing low funnel campaigns to drive growth, increasing trips and market share. Understanding users to find relevant insights with internal and external data that transform into effective Brand insights, campaigns and content. Developing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, building brand awareness and perception Analyzing user data, business results, and market trends to optimize campaign performance and improve key metrics. Working cross-functionally with product, operations, and design teams to optimize user engagement and retention. Managing stakeholders, including both internal and external agencies and teams. Managing the unit’s budget, including reporting and financial-related processes such as purchase order creation, invoicing, and reporting. Leading excellent execution of all campaigns Role Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years of relevant experience developing marketing strategy and plan. Strong stakeholder management and leadership influencing teams. Knowledge in branding and go to marketing strategies. Fast learner; ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a matrixed organization / fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions. Data driven decision making Excellent communication and project management skills. Experience in Brand and business KPIs analysis Experience with 360 campaigns Be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects. Fluent in English.
