We are looking for talented professionals to join our team in permanent roles based in Bogotá, Colombia or Mexico City, Mexico. These roles will primarily be remote with the potential for hybrid onsite work in either of these locations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP FI (Financial Accounting) solutions, working on both functional and technical aspects of the system. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SAP solutions that align with business goals. Configure and enhance SAP FI functionalities, including integration with other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD, etc.). Provide ongoing support for SAP FI applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system performance. Customize SAP FI to meet specific business needs, focusing on reporting, financial transactions, and accounting processes. Assist with the technical side of SAP FI implementations, including ABAP programming, system integration, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SAP FI and other SAP or third-party systems. Requirements: Proven experience as an SAP FI Techno-Functional Consultant, with a strong understanding of both functional and technical components of SAP FI. Experience in SAP FI configuration, including Financial Accounting, Asset Accounting, and Integration with other SAP modules (e.g., CO, MM, SD). Strong technical background in SAP, including knowledge of ABAP, BAPIs, and IDocs. Knowledge of SAP HANA is a plus. Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Ability to work with both business users and technical teams to define requirements and deliver SAP solutions. Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is an advantage. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
