Key Role: 3D Specialist This position offers a unique opportunity to work as a skilled 3D specialist, utilizing expertise in architectural 3D modeling to create immersive and visually impactful design experiences. Job Responsibilities: - Design and update 3D models based on floor plans to meet the project's objectives. - Develop high-quality renderings and visual assets using Revit and rendering tools such as Enscape or V-Ray. - Ensure visual consistency across all 3D outputs while maintaining exceptional quality standards. - Collaborate with team leads and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. - Contribute to operational goals by implementing efficient workflows and scalable solutions. - Identify and troubleshoot modeling and rendering challenges to minimize downtime. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. - A minimum of 2 years' experience in architectural 3D modeling. - Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with rendering tools like Enscape, V-Ray, or Twinmotion is desirable. - Strong understanding of space planning principles and effective time management skills. - Attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role. - Fluency in English is required.
