Requirements: A track record of operating as a leader within a team and the ability to mentor, guide, and motivate both peers and subordinates. +8 years of experience as Account Director managing teams of 10-15 people at least. A demonstrated ability to problem-solve, manage perception, and overcome objections at a very high level. Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously Experience in Marketing Agencies, digital environments and Ideally in Hotel Digital Marketing including Web Design and Development, e-Commerce conversion best practices, media strategy and planning, and email marketing or Luxury brands. A strong knowledge of various Paid Digital Advertising platforms including Paid Search, Social Media, Display and Programmatic advertising. In-depth knowledge of GA4 and the ability to review and analyze user behavior to optimize ecommerce performance. Professional communication skills (written and verbal) with experience in public speaking. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally. (US Visa It’s required) Bilingual (ES / EN) Responsibilities Client Relations & Retention: Build relationships with your portfolio as a strategic partner. Establish client trust in your ability to be the senior escalation point for your team(s), addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively. Manage the perception of how your clients view Tambourine as an organization. Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve service offerings and client relationships. Develop and implement proactive strategies to optimize client satisfaction, mitigate churn, and maximize retention through effective communication. Strategy Responsibilities: Gain a deep understanding of the hotel’s business objectives and goals to help formulate strategic digital marketing recommendations for campaigns and budgets. Oversee the implementation of comprehensive search and social media strategies to align with business objectives. Ongoing quality assurance of performance reporting to ensure we are acting as strategic partners. As appropriate, provide deep analysis of property performance data, in tandem with the team, in order to provide insights and make recommendations. Participate in the development of annual media strategy planning and maintenance of annual advertising budgets for clients. As needed, participate in client-facing meetings, including relationship calls, onboarding, media strategy and reporting calls as the strategic expert, answering questions, understanding problems and turning them into actionable strategies. Operations Ensure your team is following all Salesforce and Orchestra processes, including but not limited to: Keeping the CRM up-to-date with contacts, call logs, bcc-ing emails, and account information Ensure hygiene of orchestra projects for all team members Monitor and measure the team’s bandwidth, time management and account distribution. Identify opportunities to improve standard operating procedures as issues and/or new products arise in order to help us improve efficiencies and scale across the organization. Inside Sales Responsibilities Assess your portfolio for incremental revenue opportunities that drive our bottom line and meet department and company goals. Create strong working relationships with the sales team. Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing client experience and driving business growth. Proactive relationship building with hotel management groups to ensure preferred partner status for new properties. Help assemble case studies for marketing and business development. Participate in RFPs including presentation preparation and pitches. Active involvement in, and fostering of relationships in the industry as a Tambourine representative. Team Management Responsibilities: Oversee the Latam Commercial Strategy teams in client relations, strategy and career development. Act as a leader by providing guidance and mentoring to team members and do an exceptional job of managing internal perception. Responsible for new hire training, 30/60/90 day check-ins, and all ongoing performance reviews. Meet regularly with your direct reports both in Pods and 1x1’s to relay process changes, new initiatives, and help resolve overarching issues. Oversee the interview process for your team. Report to leadership on your direct reports development & team bandwidth.
