Schedule: This is a hybrid work model, requiring 3 days per week in the office. Mon-Fri, Business hours (between 6:00 am and 8:00 pm). Availability will be validated during the process. Requirements: Telecommunications Business Domain. Experience providing support, management, and supervision. Experience in financial management. Strong customer service and communication skills. Responsibilities Develops a strategic approach to managing and optimizing an organization's wireless, voice, and data services. Works with internal and external stakeholders, including wireless carriers, procurement and equipment vendors, employee onboarding teams, IT support organizations, and procurement and accounts payable teams. Manages costs associated with telecommunications services, such as mobile communications. Effectively manages costs, expenses, and services to minimize them and drive efficiency in financial management processes, working closely with the IT leadership team. Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis to support decision-making in Chubbs' wireless environment, focusing on security, technology obsolescence, good condition, and normal asset replacement. Facilitates periodic reporting on service consumption to participating business units/agencies. Monitors, measures, and tracks contract compliance to ensure suppliers and service providers meet their obligations. Identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks to hardware and software assets, as well as to contracts. Effectively communicates recommendations to management teams. Manages investments in technology assets throughout their lifecycle and leads reporting, key performance indicators (KPIs), financial variance resolution, and budget coordination. Monitors the quality of vendor work, addressing performance issues when necessary. Reviews and approves invoices if the work meets contractual standards. Escalates issues to other parties as needed. Performs other tasks and functions as assigned. Facilitates end-to-end tracking of telecommunications equipment shipments and ensures they are ready for deployment when needed. Creates and manages telecommunications portability orders with carriers and internal teams. Ensures asset management and disposal activities are completed in a timely manner. Communicate with customers to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
