As a Senior Benefits Analyst, you'll be part of the Americas Benefits COE, focusing on deploying the benefit strategy for Latin America and Canada. The Benefits COE is responsible for ensuring benefits align to the following objectives: market competitiveness, financial sustainability, global approach with local relevance, fostering employee engagement, effective communication, and alignment with the business strategy. You will focus on developing and administering benefit programs and ensuring market competitiveness, working closely with the Americas Benefits COE leader, Benefit Operations, Payroll, AskHR, other COEs, and various external vendors. This position will report to the Sr. Benefits Director, Americas, and will work closely with various stakeholders, including Americas Total Rewards team members, Benefits Operations, Payroll, Finance, local stakeholders, and the Americas Benefits COE team. We are looking for candidates from Dominican Republic, Mexico and Colombia and it offers a remote work arrangement. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: 1. Develop and/or administer employee benefits programs, including evaluation and implementation of new programs 2. Evaluate current programs through research, surveys, and analysis of benefits trends to ensure plans are competitive 3. Provide input and oversee communications of benefits to employees 4. Ensure internal and external compliance with laws and company policies 5. Provide interactive support with payroll to ensure proper payment, funding, and taxation of employee benefit programs 6. Analyse claims history to develop preventative programs designed to lower overall health insurance costs Required Knowledge and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience in Human Resources, benefits, compensation, payroll, or finance, OR an advanced degree with experience in benefits at a major multinational company or top-tier benefit consulting firm 2. Fluent in English and Spanish 3. Proficient in Workday, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with employees at all levels and external vendors 5. Fluency in French and previous experience in working with external vendors are nice to have.
