About the Role We are seeking a Part-Time Paid Media Buyer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and a data-driven mindset. The position requires approximately 5-8 hours per week, offering flexibility while allowing you to make a meaningful impact on our paid media strategy and performance. Responsibilities include: - Conducting research and analysis to understand our target audience, market trends, and industry competition. - Using data to identify target audiences and optimize ad performance. - Planning and executing media buys across various advertising platforms. - Developing advertising strategies that align with our business objectives. Campaign Creation and Management This includes: - Working with the creative team to develop effective ad creative and copy. - Monitoring and optimizing ad performance to maximize ROI. - Collaborating with other departments to ensure campaigns align with company goals. - Testing and iterating on different ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance. - Staying up-to-date with industry trends, platform changes, and new ad formats to inform campaign planning and execution. Reporting and Analysis This involves: - Analyzing campaign data to understand performance and identify areas for improvement. - Creating and distributing regular reports to stakeholders. - Using data to inform future campaign planning and optimization. Requirements We are looking for someone with: - Proven experience executing successful advertising campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.). - Expertise in digital advertising platforms and tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. - Familiarity with A/B testing and other optimization strategies. - Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to use data to inform campaign planning and optimization.
