What You’ll Do in This Role Be part of our team as a Junior Recruiter and play a vital role in supporting end-to-end recruitment activities—from sourcing talent and coordinating interviews to managing pipelines and learning the ropes of world-class recruitment. Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar ) What You’ll Bring to the Team: Qualifications Up to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a relevant HR internship Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (completed or in final semesters) Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment workflows (preferred but not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail High level of integrity, confidentiality, and follow-through What You’ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support & Coordination Review job requisitions and prepare job descriptions Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments based on predefined criteria Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers Administer tests, assessments, and reference checks ATS and Pipeline Management Update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Track application progress and generate standard recruitment reports Ensure completeness and accuracy of digital applicant files Sourcing Assistance Use LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases to identify potential candidates Collaborate with Sourcing Specialists to build strong talent pipelines Conduct candidate outreach and follow-up communication Stakeholder Communication Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers Manage candidate communications including emails, updates, and interview preparations Join recruitment planning meetings when needed Learning and Development Observe and apply behavioral-based interviewing methods Help develop pre-screening questions and assessments Participate in ongoing learning of talent acquisition tools, workflows, and best practices Your Future Team at Emapta Latam Join Emapta Latam and contribute to our legacy of transforming global outsourcing.
