As a Software Support Engineer, you will collaborate with talented professionals, applying your technical and analytical skills to support secure, user-friendly applications that make a real impact on the market. Responsibilities: Manage second-level application support Create and monitor support requests with our ticketing tool Filter and fix issues and escalate if necessary Ensure communication with our development teams in Europe Investigate logs/traces on Windows systems Support the integration of our solution in various industries and customers Qualifications: 3+ years in Software or IT environment Good SQL language knowledge (queries, etc) Basic SQL Server and IIS knowledge Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP) Good knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows Server Customer-oriented, solution-oriented, and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Willingness to travel from time to time Very good English level (spoken and written) #J-18808-Ljbffr
