We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Country Manager to lead our company's growth and development in LATAM. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the forex & trading industry, a proven track record of establishing and growing business setups and have a comprehensive understanding of the regulatory and compliance framework of the region. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement a strategic business plan to grow the company's presence in the country. 2. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date with industry trends and developments. 3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and other industry players. 4. Identify and evaluate potential partners, clients, and investors to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams. 5. Collaborate with the global team to ensure alignment with company-wide objectives and strategies. 6. Monitor and analyse business performance metrics, including sales, revenue, and profitability, and develop and execute plans to address any areas of concern. 7. Build and lead a high-performance team, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff members to achieve business targets. 8. Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies and procedures. 9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred. 2. At least 5 years of experience in the forex & trading industry, with a proven track record of establishing and growing business setups. 3. Excellent knowledge of local regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. 4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members. 5. Ability to analyse business performance metrics and develop and execute effective strategies to address areas of concern. 6. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve business targets. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability. 8. Ability to travel. 9. Fluency in both written and spoken English and the local language is essential.
