The role We are thrilled to announce an opportunityto join our team as: IT Change Management and Transformation LeaderSoftwareOne Scope: Full-time | Office: Medellín | hybrid How a dayto day would look like in this role: Own the evolution of the ITcustomer service, transitioning from a traditional model to an'Intelligent Experience Center. ' You will be key in leadingtechnology adoption, training teams, and minimizing resistance tochange, ensuring that the project generates value for the servicecustomers. What we need to see from you Profile: Background insystems engineering or related fields with experience leading oractively participating in projects involving the adoption of newtechnologies within organizations. Required Skills: - Previousexperience in digital transformation projects. - Experience withhelp desks and IT support. - Knowledge of technological tools suchas CRM, ticket management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, others),self-service platforms, and process automation systems. - Abilityto lead training and awareness efforts for teams on new tools andmethodologies. - Experience working with multidisciplinary teams,encouraging partnership between IT, operations, and customerservice areas. - ITIL Certification. Management Aspects: -Experience in project management, including planning, execution,and evaluating the efficiency of transformation initiatives. -Development of transformation roadmaps and management of resourcesand timelines to meet objectives. - Ability to define and supervisekey performance indicators and continuously improve serviceprocesses. - Data measurement and presentation. Desirable: - Basicknowledge of cybersecurity or financial compliance.
