Job Title: IT Infrastructure Specialist We are seeking an experienced IT infrastructure specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks. Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Providing and maintaining secure software configurations for workstations, notebooks, and printers. - Identifying vulnerabilities and installing patches to ensure system integrity. - Maintaining and generating an overview of commercial software installations. - Ensuring identical hardware configurations for workstations, notebooks, servers, and printers. - Maintaining and generating an overview of all hardware. - Ensuring identical hardware and software configurations for mobile phones and corresponding applications. - Maintaining and generating an overview of all mobile devices and applications. - Supporting mobile communication and data transfers. - Providing support in case of problems with hardware and software. - Creating and providing documentation of hardware and software. - Maintaining knowledge of IT and IT Security guidelines and policies. In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to: - Prepare and perform internal training sessions. - Engage in self-education and training on existing technologies, including IT Security. - Monitor and provide on-site Level 1 assistance for local infrastructure, including networking, backup, and servers. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Advanced English language proficiency (minimum B2). - Previous experience working in helpdesk roles. - Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal formats. - Ability to work independently. - Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a fast-paced environment.
