YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Define and achieve in collaboration with the FF squad the goals, objectives and tasks within the 90-day cycle process. Prepare and implement the Business Plan Colombia’s Fresh Fruit market and achieve the business profitability and cash flow KPI’s. Responsible to lead the Budgeting, Forecasting and estimation process with the assigned customers to manage inventory in the most efficient possible way. Provide Market Insight of the assigned Customers, monitor and follow up Market Competitors. Anticipate trends and evaluate growth opportunities to capture. Co-development of customize integrated solutions (Products & Digital Tools) for the targeted customers in coordination with FF squad and CP mission. Drive the content definition, tailoring and implementation of integrated customer campaigns aligned with the customer journey and relevant customer insights. Ensure efficient use of resources, services, tools and media – optimize ROI on P&I budget. Active interaction with key external stakeholders: R&D (e.g. Corbana), Services Providers, Trading Companies, Certifications, Supermarkets, others. Active interaction with credit and collection team to maintain a healthy cash flow in the business. Actively contribute to create a diverse, inclusive and self-managed squad. WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree as Agronomist, Agronomy, or Related career. Master’s degree (Desirable). At least five years of experience in the banana industry. Experience in the development of technical essays. Intermediate English proficiency. Focus on Outcomes, Customer focus, collaborate with accountability & Act, learn fast & evolve.
