Join a cutting-edge team building privacy-centric, high-performance backend infrastructure for next-generation AdTech platforms. You’ll design and develop reliable services that handle large-scale, real-time data for contextual advertising and collaborate with talented teams across data science, analytics, and engineering. What You’ll Do Design, build, and maintain scalable data ingestion pipelines to collect, process, and transform data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, streaming platforms, files). Develop robust microservices in GoLang that ensure high throughput, reliability, and fault tolerance. Implement clean, maintainable, and well-tested ETL/ELT processes with comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and data quality validation. Optimize performance for both real-time streaming and batch processing workloads. Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve pipeline reliability and performance. Collaborate closely with teams to integrate pipelines with machine learning models, reporting systems, and data governance frameworks. What We’re Looking For 3+ years (ideally 5–7+) of experience developing backend systems in GoLang. Proven experience designing microservices architectures, ideally in cloud or hybrid environments (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and scalable system design. Experience working with large-scale data processing, streaming platforms (e.g. Kafka, Pulsar), or ETL/ELT pipelines is a plus. Interest or background in privacy-first technology or AdTech is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
