Position Overview: The ClientAccounting Manager will oversee a small team of 2-3 members anddeliver exceptional accounting services to clients. This rolefocuses on client satisfaction, quality control, and processimprovement to ensure the highest level of service and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Satisfaction: Maintain high levelsof client satisfaction by identifying and addressing potentialissues proactively. Respond promptly and clearly to clientquestions and feedback. 2. Team Management: Oversee and manage ateam of 2-3 accounting professionals by delegating tasks, reviewingwork, and providing coaching. 3. Quality Control: Conduct thoroughQC reviews and approve financial statements before client delivery.4. Financial Review Calls: Lead monthly client financial reviewmeetings via Zoom or Loom, analyzing trends and providing proactiveinsights. 5. Accounting Operations: Oversee accounting tasks,including payroll, month-end close, AR/AP management, sales tax,and 1099 filings. 6. Systems & Process Development: Create andimplement systems and processes to streamline accounting workflowsand improve overall client service efficiency. Qualifications: 1. Excellent English language skills with minimal accent. 2. Strongknowledge of accrual-based accounting. 3. 2-3+ years of experiencein client-facing accounting roles. 4. Experience managing a smallteam and overseeing service delivery. 5. Proficiency in accountingsoftware such as QBO, NetSuite, SAP, or equivalent. 6. Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-Haves: 1. Experience with US-based clients. 2. Prior client accountmanagement experience.
