About the Role As a Digital Asset Coordinator, you will be responsible for ingesting digital assets according to global standards and requirements. The role involves monitoring asset quality, file naming conventions, and taxonomy compliance. You will organize and maintain the digital asset library to ensure assets are tagged with accurate metadata. Maintaining metadata standards and implementing updates to improve searchability and asset discovery is also part of your duties. You will ensure compliance with copyright, licensing, and digital rights for all assets. Tracking asset expiration dates, renewing rights as necessary, and removing expired assets is another key responsibility. You will support global upload workflows and approvals processes. Supporting enforcement of embargoes, usage rights, and expiration dates is also required. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure streamlined asset ingestion. Additional projects and directives aligned to company initiatives and objectives may also be assigned. What We Are Looking For - Experience with DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Widen Collective) and understanding of content management systems (CMS). - Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for minor asset adjustments. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Ability to use analytics tools to generate insights on asset usage, user activity, and other performance metrics. - Project Management: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, coordinating effectively with stakeholders across global teams. - Rights Management Knowledge: Familiarity with copyright laws, licensing, and digital rights management best practices. - Growth mindset, flexibility, and openness to new ways of working.
