Responsibilities As a Motion Designer, you will play a crucial role within the team, bringing animations to life across multiple platforms using user-centered methodologies. You will create 2D and 3D animations that enhance the brand's storytelling and narrative. You will develop animations for digital banking products, such as mobile apps and websites. You will be in charge of ensuring that animations are delivered on time and at the highest quality, with special attention to detail. You will work closely with the Research, Content, UX/UI, IxD, and Design System teams to ensure the quality of deliverables. Must have Skills Experience and passion for 2D and 3D animation Knowledge of lighting, staging, and 2D/3D object modeling Experience with Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 2D and 3D animation tools Experience with various animation styles Knowledge of Kinetic Typography Experience in visual composition and color theory Knowledge in creative thinking, conceptualization, and visual storytelli Develop and pitch creative proposals proactively that align with campaign strategies and audience insights. C1 or B2 Level of English Colombia or Mexico Remote Qualifications 4 + years of experience in Motion Designer 2D/3D, with a strong portfolio.
