Reporting to the Associate Director, Regional MKT, the Supervisor, Digital Marketing is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for lead generation and supporting Talent Acquisition Operations. The role includes leading and mentoring creative teams, ensuring high-quality execution across digital channels and content production.Responsibilities:Builds, plans, and implements the overall social media marketing strategy.Designs and runs lead generation campaigns for Talent Acquisition teams. Proven expertise in lead generation for talent attraction is required. Experience generating high-volume leads for BPO is a strong plus.Builds leads projections based on specific hiring needs.
