At Ingepsy, we are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Bogotá. As a senior member of our security assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. Purpose and Responsibilities The purpose of this role is to provide security operation teams with assurance that they adhere to defined processes and procedures, supporting the achievement of the Bank's information security objectives. This includes reviewing operational practices, reporting gaps, and working with process owners to achieve resolution of any identified deficiencies. - Demonstrate adherence to defined processes and procedures. - Review operational practices and identify areas for improvement. - Develop and implement solutions to address identified deficiencies. Key Accountabilities - Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge. - Conduct detailed, risk-based evaluations and monitoring of Information Technology (IT) controls utilizing the Bank's information security standards and regulatory requirements. - Provide knowledgeable opinion on entities' compliance with information security standards. - Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be incorporated into day-to-day activities and decisions. Dimensions and Scope - Maintain documentation supporting SOX Business Processes and SOX IT Pervasive areas under direction of IS&C; management and control owners. - Conduct reviews of IT application and supporting IT pervasive controls. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and efficient operations. Requirements and Qualifications - Must have: Spanish language expertise, especially IT/technical Spanish; strong verbal and written communication skills, especially report writing ability; English language skills B1 level. - Preferable: One or more industry certifications like CISA, etc. in a related field; 1-2 years practical experience in information technology; thorough knowledge of the Bank's application and infrastructure environment.
