The HR Analyst will serve as a vital member of our Human Resource team. This position will help manage, plan and administer HR-related reports for the department, including recruitment, employee management, and work on special projects as needed. This position will provide HR reporting support to all departments. Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact on HR-related issues for both employees and Managers and HR Partners located in North America. Provides consultation to management representatives on personnel and employee/labor relations. You will manage the life cycle of all employees in North America. You will be responsible for keeping our HR management systems up to date. You will assist in the development of employee-related policies and procedures that are in compliance with state and federal employment. You will serve as a resource for managers on the interpretation and implementation of policies and best practices. You will support the HR Manager – Employee Relations in the development of key performance indicators to track, measure, plan, and implement employee engagement, retention, and improvement efforts. You will assist with HR compliance audits and training as needed. You will monitor and respond to employee questions and escalate grievances to the HR Manager. You will support the HR Manager – Employee Relations. You will assist in the recruiting and onboarding process. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field such as Psychology. 1-3 years experience in Human Resources. Bilingual in Spanish and English; with competency in both written and spoken languages. Coaching Course preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook. #J-18808-Ljbffr
