The IMN Regional Head is responsible for the reporting and the performance of the region, in line with IMN global objectives and roadmap. This position is responsible for the support, development and/or expansion of the medical provider network by contracting medical facilities and ancillary providers, as well as managing network partners that are part of AXA Partners networks’ platform, in direct for his/her territory. **DIMENSIONS OF ROLE** - Work with the IMN and Ops teams across all offices in Americas Region - Manages daily requests related to the network of service providers **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** Geographical accountability of IMN activities - Cascade and enforce IMN strategy, define action plans for the network development in the region, in line with the company and IMN objectives - Coordinate regional IMN activities of IMN team in LATAM and North America, with the support of the Regional COO - Directly manage the providers’ network for the territory under his/her responsibility: prospect, assess, negotiate, rank, visit and manage providers to provide a network aligned with business requirements and IMN objectives - Monitor the compliance with KPI’s and targets defined in the yearly Global Target Letter, outline deviations from the objectives and work with the country managers in defining corrective actions. - Organize and prepare agenda for internal stakeholder’s monthly network meetings. - Scope: all types of healthcare and assistance providers for local, regional and international offers for Travel, and if need be in coordination with Health to take advantage of all possible synergies - Secure data quality of all information related to the providers ’network, available to Medical Assistance Operation teams through the Geomed platform Reporting & Analysis - Consolidate all the monthly activity reporting at the regional level and present to the Head of IMN Performance Network - Organize and prepare agenda for internal stakeholder’s monthly network meetings - Collect and consolidate provider network data, prepare monthly dashboards and present annual trends in the provider network - Perform adhoc analysis on providers network both international and domestic - Contribute to the performance of the usage of the tools by IMN team members: correct and timely update of Geomed database, for proper distribution into Siax and the reporting tools (Qlick and Travel M.I), to enhance analysis capabilities of IMN providers. Clients support accountability - Support clients on medical network requests at local, regional and international - Support inbound travel clients (like PPPI) Transversal activities - Support IMN global objectives & Intl Medical Assistance roadmap for the year - Work cross-functional with other members of Operations, Finance, I/T and other company teams - Coordinates with internal departments to communicate medical network information, support and troubleshoot provider network issues and questions - Handle variety of additional projects as assigned relating to provider network operations. **QUALIFICATIONS** **SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE** Technical/ Functional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. - Excellent communication skill (orally & writing) - Skilled with numbers - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and Windows operating systems. - Analytical skills, including capacity to provide effective actions based on statistical results. - Ability to analyze and summarize data - Experience in contracting, sourcing, project management or other related field, however, combination of experience and advanced degree may be considered.
