In this role, you will lead the team responsible for developing the key strategic insights that underpin advertising ideas, working closely with the client to research the market and understand the consumer. Key Responsibilities Annual editorial plans: Execute and oversee the development of the yearly digital strategy, including key institutional campaigns and brand initiatives throughout the client’s marketing calendar, aligned with client OKRs and audience insights. Act as the frontline representative for the brand's strategical challenges and purpose. Analysis & Insights Generation: Conduct market, audience and competitive analysis to bring valuable insights that inform strategy and campaigns development. Competitive Landscape: Track marketing and advertising activities of key competitors and relevant brands in the marketplace as needed. Cultural and Audience Trends Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging cultural, social and audience trends, to guide and inspire the ever-evolving always-on social deployment for both brands. Performance Analysis: Work closely with the Data and Social teams to extract learnings, insights and recommendations based on data from our own performance metrics, to craft a strong, unified narrative that highlights key data and actionable next steps. Act as the frontline representative for the brand's strategical challenges and purpose. [Non-mandatory] Seamlessly integrating strategy with data to deliver a comprehensive and effective approach. Background & Skills 6+ years of Strategic Planning experience in digital industries. A strong background in both brand and social media strategy, including a comprehensive understanding of social media metrics. Previous experience working with or for brands in the entertainment industry space is preferred. Expertise in cultural insights, multicultural segmentation, research and channel planning (360 digital and social media). Great communication skills in both English and Spanish. In-depth knowledge of social media, culture and emerging trends in the Latam Region. Demonstrates a strong balance between teamwork and autonomous work, proactively identifying solutions and opportunities to meet client needs. Exceptional collaboration skills, particularly with social, data, and creative teams. Skills 6+ years of Strategic Planning experience in digital industries. A strong background in both brand and social media strategy, including a comprehensive understanding of social media metrics. Previous experience working with or for brands in the entertainment industry space is preferred. Expertise in cultural insights, multicultural segmentation, research and channel planning (360 digital and social media). Great communication skills in both English and Spanish.
