Job Description The role of a Marketing Operator is to develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive growth and customer delight. This involves creating valuable content and experiences tailored to operators, forming connections that meet their needs, and gaining valuable insights on the end-to-end operator experience. The Marketing Operator will be responsible for managing a team of coordinators and interns, identifying leadership approaches within each member, and being responsible for brands and business decisions. They will also lead the UFS digital organization mindset, play as a role model to other areas, and stakeholder management across multifunctional teams, direct reports, leadership, sales/trade, and retail. - Key Responsibilities: - Create and deliver valuable content and experiences tailored to operators. - Form connections that meet operators' needs and gain valuable insights on the end-to-end operator experience. - Manage a team of coordinators and interns. - Lead the UFS digital organization mindset and play as a role model to other areas. - Stakeholder management across multifunctional teams, direct reports, leadership, sales/trade, and retail. Required Skills and Qualifications - Strategic Thinking: - Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive growth and customer delight. - Business Acumen: - Deep understanding of sales/marketing funnels, operator lifecycle, and marketing automation journeys. - Creative & Persuasive Content Creation: - Ability to create and distribute valuable content across various digital channels. - Performance Measurement & Analysis: - Measure and analyze performance both online and offline. - Project Management & Process Management: - Manage projects and processes effectively. - Leadership Skills: - Ability to lead and manage a team of coordinators and interns.
