You will report to the Capabilities & Innovation Contract Engineering Manager and will be guided by the Contract Engineering GRC and Security Lead, responsible for implementing and leading the cybersecurity program across Capabilities & Innovation, ensuring compliance with standards such as DwS, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIS2, and others as they evolve. Key Responsibilities Lead the rollout, training, and execution of security programs within the business, coordinating with relevant leaders to maintain compliance. Conduct security vulnerability and risk assessments, guide mitigation efforts, and participate in incident response activities. Respond to security risks from various sources, including teams, vendors, and partners. Drive continuous improvement in security programs aligned with the LCS Cyber Security Coordinator. Ensure leadership awareness of compliance status, risks, and mitigation plans, supporting resource and investment decisions. Act as the primary contact for security inquiries from customers and auditors, providing high-quality responses. Create and deliver security training tailored to business needs, updating procedures as necessary. Develop engineering standards and best practices for security program implementation, supporting consistency and efficiency. Review new offerings for security compliance, lead risk assessments, and sign off as part of governance processes. Assess exception requests, perform risk assessments, and advise leadership on proceeding actions. Promote alignment of security processes across business groups for consistency and synergy. Participate in internal cybersecurity audits to ensure compliance with standards. Develop metrics to measure compliance with security requirements, collaborating with OPSS. Work with security stakeholders to understand and implement security requirements for the business. Key Stakeholder Relationships Global LCS Quality & Compliance Manager LCS Cyber Security Coordinator Office of Product Safety and Security (OPSS) LCS business leaders Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Software, Electrical Engineering, or similar. Legal authorization to work in the country of employment. Travel as required. 8+ years of experience, including 5+ years leading cybersecurity compliance in a global, matrixed environment. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Knowledge of IEC 62443, ISO 27000, NIS2, and other standards. Experience with Rockwell Automation systems and service offerings. Experience with the Rockwell Solution Lifecycle (RASL) and DwS program. Familiarity with security testing tools and industrial control protocols such as Ethernet/IP. Ability to collaborate across disciplines and guide delivery teams on security matters.
