We are seeking a dedicated finance professional to join our team as an accounting assistant. About the Role As an accounting assistant, you will be responsible for updating financial spreadsheets with daily transactions, preparing balance sheets, tracking and reconciling bank statements, creating cost analysis reports, processing tax payments, supporting monthly payroll, recording accounts payable and accounts receivable, and providing administrative support during budget preparation. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, C1/C2 English and Spanish writing and speaking skills, at least 1 year of experience as a finance or accounting assistant, strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, and a quiet home office with a desk and office chair.
