This position will be hybrid located in Bogotá.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Evaluate the economic impact of the use of products and therapies by physicians, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centersDevelop hospital marketing programs related to coverage, coding, and reimbursementCreate tool-based programs to resolve or reduce economic barriers to the use of products and therapies across all sites of careConduct financial audits, benchmarking, and presentations for hospital and physician clientsProvide training and educational programs to the sales force, physicians, home care agencies, ambulatory surgery centers, case managers, and financial and billing employees in clinics and hospitalsWork closely with the reimbursement strategy team to implement policy and payment changes with the field sales force and clients through education and servicesWork with customer accounts to develop promotional campaigns that support coverage and payment strategiesCollaborate with key clients/accounts to develop partnership strategies that promote cost-effective delivery of therapies and identify opportunities for therapy adoptionRequired Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in medicine is requiredSeven years of experience in health economics, reimbursement systems, and healthcare market accessExperience working in pharma o medical devices industriesExperience working with hospital operations, medical billing and coding practices, and payer systems across various healthcare settings, including hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and home care agenciesFluent in English levelKnowledge with MS OfficePhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
